  1. You will lose weight the most qulciky with Aerobics as it rises your heart rate and helps your body burn more fat. With Yoga it will aid with your posture and tone your muscles but you won’t burn fat as qulciky unless you do some very intense yoga, there is a type of yoga that is very fast moving but not quite sure what it is called. Strength training if you mean like lifting weights you will lose weight less qulciky, because you will put on more muscle mass and muscle weighs heaver than fat.A combination of two of the excises would be good, because it will help build core strength toning your muscles, and burning fat at the same time.

    • Yoga id not truly a fitness routine. In most of America Yoga,this t be a fitness activity. The true elements of yoga are much deeper than the physical. But thank you so much for your insight on strength training.
